The world might be coming to an end..

It all started when my frd Deeps sent me a small little article.. rather a coupla lines about Dec 21 2012.. the supposed date when the world comes to an end.. i read it.. laughed at it and forgot about it.. until one day when i was feeling more jobless than usual and jus ran a google search on it.. and WHOA was i in for a complete shock.. theres a website deicated to it and google returned atleast a 100,000 results.. Nostradamus(dont mind the spelling) has predicted it.. einstien has thought about it.. theres a Mayan prophecy on it and the list of predictions and prophecies about this date goes on.. This date is supposed to be when the world comes to an end.. First I was curious beyond words.. then i realised that I totally didnt want to know about it.. It gives a creepy ultimatum to things.. it might not be true.. but that doesnt make it any less creepy.. Imagine there being jus 4 yrs of your life.. the things you wanted to do and had thought of undoing.. the conversations that have to be completed.. and beyond all not being with the people i love.. ouch that hurt.. somehow.. ultimatums make things more valuable.. then came the BIG question.. so do i want to believe it?? i know i know.. it all sounds like i had nothing better to do than to sit and think abt all this.. well that is partially true.. 'partial' cos i was sitting in front of the tv and thinking all of this:-) 

But honestly.. isnt this a rather queer thing to come to terms with.. but it does put things in a new light rt? i definitely will count my blessings now.. and will most definitely value things better.. but on the other hand.. lets see how long this effect lasts.. in any case i am used to being not threatened abt my life and i am sure i will slowly forget that i d even read an article like this.. or atleast till dec 21 2012.. well.. lets see wat happens then:-)
